By submitting a Reserve for Gun Show Pickup request through Jett’s Firearms, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• No Online Sales:
  All firearm reservations submitted through this website are requests only. No firearm sales are completed online. Availability is confirmed by email.

• Inventory Availability:
  Inventory changes frequently, especially during gun show weekends. If the requested item is no longer available, Jett’s Firearms will contact you with the option to place a special order for the same or a comparable firearm.

• Special Orders:
  Special orders require a minimum non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total purchase price before the order is placed. Remaining balance is due at pickup, in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Firearm deposits will go under your account as credit through Jett’s Firearms. Note: Depending on the specific firearm this fee can be waved. Final decision is up to Jett’s Firearms.

• Unfulfilled Reservation Requests:
  Reservation requests that are not followed through by the customer (including failure to respond, failure to appear at the agreed gun show location, or repeated cancellations) may result in a reservation restriction.

• Reservation Restrictions:
  Customers who fail to complete a prior reservation may be required to provide a 50% down payment for any future items requested to be held or reserved for pickup.

• Legal Compliance:
  All firearm transfers are conducted in full compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Valid identification, background checks, and eligibility requirements apply where applicable.

  Jett’s Firearms reserves the right to refuse or limit reservation requests to ensure fair access to inventory and efficient service for all customers.
