3. Reservations for Gun Show Pickup

Customers may submit requests to reserve firearms for pickup at an upcoming gun show. A reservation request does not guarantee availability and does not constitute a completed sale.

If a reserved item is no longer available, Jett’s Firearms may contact the customer to discuss alternative options, including special ordering where applicable.

Failure to follow through on a confirmed reservation may result in restrictions on future reservation requests, including requiring a non-refundable deposit for future holds.

4. Special Orders & Deposits

Special orders may require a minimum down payment, typically 50% of the purchase price, unless otherwise stated. Deposits on special orders are non-refundable once the order has been placed with a supplier.

Estimated delivery times for special orders are not guaranteed and may vary based on manufacturer or distributor availability.

5. Firearm Transfers & Legal Compliance

All firearm transfers are conducted in strict compliance with federal and North Carolina laws, including background checks and required identification. Jett’s Firearms reserves the right to refuse a transfer or sale.

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all firearm laws prior to attempting a purchase or transfer.
